DEPOSITS:
Please understand, DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE if buyers decide not to follow through and change their mind or they cannot pay the remaining balance owed on the agreed date for pick up. However, deposits are refundable if something were to happen making the puppy unavailable, such as illness or death. All deposits must be accompanied with the completion of our deposit contract that will need to be signed electronically. Please contact us before making your deposit so that we can send you the deposit contract to sign electronically.
FINAL PAYMENTS:
Remaining balances for puppies MUST be paid in full before a puppy leaves. You can find the amount owed on the deposit contract you signed. If no prior deposit was made, please contact us for the total on your puppy before making payment. We do add sales tax and a 2.8% processing fee to all credit card transactions, and this will need to be included in your payment. We require a sales contract to be signed with every puppy sale. This contract MUST be completed and signed before the puppy leaves. Please contact us if you have not already received your sales contract from us.
FOR DEPOSITS: We accept cash or card payments through our website. Please note: ALL card payments will be charged 7% tax and include a 2.8% processing fee. The fee is not paid to us, this goes to the card processing company.
WE NO LONGER ACCEPT OTHER FORMS OF ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS SUCH AS PAYPAL, VENMO, CASHAPP OR ZELLE!
FOR FINAL PAYMENTS (REMAINING BALANCE): We only accept cash or payments through our website for the remaining balance when pickup your puppy. We can also send you an invoice through Quickbooks for your final balance. Please keep in mind, ALL CARD PAYMENTS will have 7% tax and a 2.8% card processing fee added to the total.
By clicking on the link below, you will be able to place your deposit using a card. Please be aware, your $300 deposit will also have 7% sales tax and a 2.8% card processing fee added to it. This will bring your total to $329.98.
FINAL PAYMENTS will either need to be paid in cash or I must send you an invoice if you plan on paying with a card. Please call, email or text to let me know you will need an invoice sent to you for final payment.
